Recently… in my ring of friends, people has been depressed, sad and stuff like that. Don’t know if that’s what’s going on throughout the world or something. But this is gonna be a short post dedicating to people who’re upset, confused, lost, depressed, etc.
A common misconception is that when people are depressed or have pretty much given up on themselves, they would think that no one else cares about them. They’ll think that no one else understands what they’re going through. Well here’s what..
There are people around you that care for you. There are people out there that are experiencing the same things as you are. Please don’t think that nobody else understands what you feel and what you’re going through. There are people who knows how it feels.
Always try to distract yourself from thinking about these things. These are the things that cause you to go depressed or upset. Or even angry. The more you think about it, the more you regret, the more you get angry, the more you start feeling sad.
Also, try to find people to talk with. Whether or not you’re going to share what’s going on in your life, or just trying to crack some jokes. But of course, only share with someone you can trust. Or, crack jokes with someone whom have some humor.
And lastly. Please do not give up on yourself. You can’t keep thinking that nothing would ever go well, you can’t keep thinking that you can do nothing well. It’s because you don’t try, that’s why you can’t do things well.
Please don’t give up on yourselves.
